"Check in did minimal requirement. When we asked for fresh hot water in the lobby we were told it would take too long and we should get it in the room. When I offered to come back later we were told to make it in our room. No other information was given re breakfast, wifi, quiet hours etc. The rest of our stay was lovely. Sad that basic courtesies of customer service once given freely have fallen by the way side."
