"Overall a great stay - had plenty of bedrooms, everything we needed for our stay, and was perfectly quirky. The place wasn't perfectly clean, but it was also tough for a place that big. Some of the light switches also didn't work, but those are minor quibbles, it was a great stay."

We had a great stay- the kitchen was wonderful to cook in- we loved the gas stove- bacon tasted so delicious with croissants in the morning! "My husband, myself, 3 of my adult kids and 5 grandchildren under 7 stayed very comfortably. So many nice rooms. Although very updated had a very nostalgic feel. All of the living spaces were extra large and plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the yard was humongous. We were fortunate to get snow while we were there and the kids had never seen snow since we’re from Georgia. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you so much, Wayne. "

"Fairly new house on the pond. Little sand beach. Canoe, paddle board and kayaks (need new/more paddles). Spacious. Large, well appointed and supplied modern kitchen. Nice master suite. Only one bathroom on ground floor for 3 bedrooms. Plenty of bench seating on deck facing lake, but could use use some chairs with cushions. "

"The charming home is very remote and private. Updated kitchen and bathroom providing all amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, but master is very tall. Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. Frogs aplenty!"

"Plenty of space for four families with seven children ranging in ages from 1 to 13. The kids loved the game room and gigantic sectional & TV in the living room (and parents loved that the kids were just a room away when we were in the kitchen/dining area). Tons of fridge space, meal prep space, and seating, so we never felt like we were in anyone's way while making plates for the kiddos. Pack a sweatshirt - the A/C is strong! "Great location and house! Right on the water with a dock for your boat, with a boat launch down the street. Lots of beds and the game room is awesome. Keep in mind there is no AC, so it gets really hot at night. They have 4 box fans but you may want to bring one from home. No dishwasher but they have everything you need, but I would bring disposable supplies. The host was great and very responsive. Definitely recommend this place! We stayed over the Fourth of July and the location was perfect....
