"The accommodations were good. If I had to suggest changes it would be inform renters of the spiral staircase, the lack of no bathroom in the bedroom in the loft and the very steep, narrow set of stairs in the house leading up to the main living space.Also the two bedrooms on the ground level were a bit cold for sleeping.Otherwise it was a nice space for the weekend."

"Beautiful home with stunning mountain views! The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed for a fun girls ski weekend. A cozy, beautiful fireplace (gas), lots of room to relax, convenient to Black Mountain, Jackson XC Center and Jackson Village. I would suggest bringing your own coffee maker as the house only had a Keurig. I always bring a coffee maker so we were covered. We will definitely be back next winter! Loved it! "

"Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. Despite clear instructions on the heating units, it was a little tricky to get the heat running but once we did the bedrooms seemed to be 5 plus degrees hotter than the common sitting areas. "We loved our stay at the Champaine House! The space was welcoming with stunning views front and behind of the marsh. We were very comfortable sleeping 6 - 8 and the main level was great for hanging, cooking, and people watching. Hope to be back again! "
