"The staff here is excellent! I didn’t get the gals name that checked us in but she went above and beyond with a specific situation to make it easy for us. And then we had to check out a day early and head back home. Even though I had booked through Expedia, Sue helped me get a refund from them for the final night. I didn’t even know that was possible and was SO GRATEFUL!! It was a quick, stressful trip and both ladies made it so much more pleasant. "
