Fully renovated stone cottage overlooking beautiful green pastures in the Little River Valley. Located just 5 miles from downtown Brevard, 3 miles to the entrance of Pisgah National Forest and 3 miles to Dupont State Forest. A spacious covered front porch offers the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. This tastefully decorated cottage with vaulted ceilings has one bedroom/one bath and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and coffee maker. The perfect place for a quite romantic weekend or as a base camp for accessing all of the outdoor adventures the area has to offer. Bikers welcome, wash station available. Please note we do not charge a cleaning fee or any additional fees.

The home is on the family property which is a small farm. The landscaping is dreamy, the tiny home is absolutely perfect. I loved staying here and would rent again in a heartbeat.

Best Mountain Stay Ever!
This little house is adorable, very clean, and had all that we needed. The location has a beautiful mountain view from the front porch with well a landscaped front lawn. Gina made us feel at home and gave us great tips on restaurants, hiking and local events & history on the community. I can’t wait to schedule another stay. It was the perfect birthday weekend!

This is ideal for a weekend getaway (or longer) as it's convenient to lots of great hiking trails as well as the town of Brevard. Lots of good restaurants nearby, too. The host is very responsive.

This is a great place to get away for a few days. It is small but has everything you need - we went out to Brevard a few nights and stayed in and cooked one night. My kids loved the fireflies which come out at dusk!

Quiet and Relaxing
We feel lucky to have found this charming farm cottage. It is immaculately clean and well decorated. We enjoyed meeting the owner and learning the history of the farm. Our visits to Dupont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, and Brevard were just a few miles away. After a busy day, it was wonderful to relax on the porch and take in the view. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you for a great visit.

Perfect for accommodations for two folks. House was exceptionally clean and as described in listing. Host was very accessible and accommodating. Convenient to Dupont State Forest and numerous waterfalls and hikes. Numerous restaurants and shopping just minutes away in Brevard and Hendersonville. Will definitely stay be back.

Picture perfect
I was visiting the area for a couple days of mountain biking and hiking, and the accommodation was perfect for that. Conveniently located between DuPont and Pisgah as advertised, with enough space to be comfortable and a light and modern feel inside. The owner was friendly, informative about the local area, and was happy for my bike to be kept inside (with an area to wash it behind the cabin). Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

A great little getaway near Pisgah and DuPont! House is very cute and clean and hostess was very friendly but gave us space to enjoy the weekend. The fire pit on the side of the house was my favorite part. Very close to hiking!

Wonderful mountain weekend
The Farm View Cottage is spacious, clean, and comfortable base camp for enjoying all the Brevard area has to offer. It’s a great location for adventures in DuPont, Pisgah, and Mills River. Gina is great host who is kind and accommodating, and their farm is beautiful.

Serene Stone Cottage in the Country
My husband and I stayed in this lovely cottage for two nights. The cottage is immaculately clean and very well furnished. We had all we needed for a nice stay. The surrounding countryside is very serene and beautiful. Our hostess was very considerate. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful accommodations for a weekend getaway for 2 on a working farm with an excellent host/owner who resides on the grounds. Great hub for activities in the Brevard / Pisgah / DuPont area. This was exactly what we were looking for. Already planning our next stay/visit.
