"We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. "The house is very spacious and has a nice layout for entertaining. We really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and hot tub! Our only disappointment was the furniture in the sunroom was uncomfortable and run down. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! "
