"The online pictures made this unit look so cute. However, it was dusty, and old. I think it has a moisture problem, and the air freshener was so strong I could smell it in my purse and on my clothes after leaving. The bathtub had a hole in the ceiling on arrival, with debris in the tub. The kitchen was sparsely supplied, not even a toaster. This is a perfect spot for us to stay when we visit our student at UNC. "We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
