"We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. It was my husband and I and it was a nice place to come relax after the fun on Franklin and campus activities. It is close enough to walk in order to get a little exercise (about 30 minutes) and we also had a car for the later nights. It was clean and comfortable and very private. We didn't cook more than toast and coffee but it appeared to have all that you would need and the bedding was clean and plus. We would definitely stay here again! "

"The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was in great condition. Very nicely decorated, modern, had all the necessities. The neighborhood--the street and nearby commercial district--are definitely in transition and not ideal for walking. We felt uncomfortable taking our dogs out, even as people who have lived in NYC/Chicago during the 80s :-). While it might feel different to people who are from the area or live on the street, it's a hard place to land for visitors."

"My family stayed at this lovely house during a trip to Clarksville to visit my grandmother for her birthday. The house very comfortably fit our group of 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 0-5). The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The welcome basket of cookies, coffee pods, and wine was very much appreciated! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Raleigh house in NC with our four generations of family members -- from our 1 and 2 year old grandchildren to our adult children and our own parents (great grandparents to the littles). Plenty of room for everyone to gather and to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to share many meals together. Travis quickly responded to the few questions we had."

"This house was good for our 2 small families. There was plenty of room and entertainment for the kids. Plenty of outdoor space with the 2 decks and dock with a great lake view. The kitchen was moderately stocked, it had most of the essentials, but missing some things like lager bowls for mixing or salad, cutting board, pasta strainer. The beds were ok, the linens weren’t the most comfortable and would honestly recommend bringing your own. But overall, our stay was good. "

"I would give the home and the hosts 20 stars if possible. The place was fantastic, well appointed and stocked. Everything was spotlessly clean. The view of Kerr Lake was fabulous, and the sunsets... wow. My wife and I were completely pleased. The hosts were great to work with, fantastic communication and they were very accommodating for our need to slip the reservation a day due to a snow storm in the area. I would highly recommend this rental. "
