"Property is really nice. Kids loved the pool and game room which kept them entertained for hours. Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor grill area and patio are really nice. We rented to host my daughter's 16th birthday party and the house was perfect. Dryer took forever to dry clothes so just keep that in mind if you plan to do a lot of laundry. "

"Two couples shared the Perky Pineapple for 3 nights - great location - quick car ride to everything we needed. The place is cozy and clean and we had an excellent time chilling. Would definitely stay again!"

"Facilities were wonderful. Very comfortable amenities. Perfect location and beautiful courtyard. However, we were disappointed as there were dirty linens in the washer and the dishwasher was full of moldy dishes. Really wish those few things hadn't spoiled it, otherwise I would have given this place 5 stars all the way. "
