Our TV was on, but not loud, and we were just conversing - but he got very rude. We did hear the noise next door at 8 AM, so I maybe understand. "

"Walking distance to downtown Helen. Hotel room was clean, staff was nice, quiet, and safe. I have stayed here twice and would choose this hotel again. "

"We stayed here during the town's Gold Rush Festival, and the hotel's location was perfect - literally feet away from the main square. We were told the hotel had been recently renovated, and it was done nicely. Not only was our room attractive, comfortable and large, but little extras like a corner coat rack/shelf and two chairs (not just one) made for a very convenient stay. The only negative was parking. We were given a parking pass for Friday and Saturday but the festival ran through Sunday...

"Good location. Outside access so can park right in front of room. Old facility that could use some TLC. But it appears that some rooms were being remodeled. Pool was being repaired. Nothing special here but nothing bad either. Very friendly staff. "
