"We had a wonderful weekend. We hiked to Anna Ruby Falls which was beautiful. Went to several great resturants which were all walking distance. "

"My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is so cute, and the fireplace is a nice addition and really provides a lot of warmth quickly. We also loved the little deck overlooking a hole on the golf course, and the little coffee bar area. The only thing I would say is that I don’t think the cabin is ideal for little kids. There’s a big flight of wood stairs to the upstairs bedroom, which doesn’t have a door. That made us a little nervous with our 3 year old. But everything was fine, and it ended up being a near-perfect stay. It was a fun long weekend! "

"Check in was very simple and they upgraded our room at our request with us simply paying them the difference directly. Pros: This is an older property, charming, good quality clean linen, clean mattress (I always check seams and headboards for critters). Cons: Since it is older some of the walkways and steps are worn and could be difficult for someone unsteady on their feet. It was apparent a previous customer had smoked in the room but it was not overwhelming. The plumbing for the tub was slow and paint /caulking needed maintenance. Overall for the cost of the stay it was very acceptable. "

"The location is perfect. We parked the car upon arrival on Sunday and didn’t move until departure on Wednesday. We chose riverfront and greatly enjoyed the river sounds and breeze. We enjoyed our first trip to Helen. The continental breakfast is very basic ( microwave products ) but the stay was great and location perfect. Once we checked out we went to Unicoi and Anna Ruby falls. "
