"The room was nice and clean; the beds were super comfortable. I loved that the BART station was within walking distance and parking onsite was safe. The staff were super friendly and personable. Other than that, the only reason I'm docking a star off is that no one had told us about construction being done in the morning. It wasn't pleasant to wake up to drills and hammers in the morning. But, aside from that, it's a really great value hotel."

"The hotel is rundown, a couple of steps on the carpet and I immediately put on my slippers. There was a crumpled water bottle on the floor under the sink. No blow dryer in the room. It’s cheap to stay there, but I’d sure like to give it a makeover!"
