Initial appearance was ok. But mould in room and up walls requested room change. Second room was better, however bathroom facilities were appalling, right down to towels were almost hand towel size, shower head was broken, out of 4 lights only one worked. Then breakfast was appalling! Even cold Cuban coffee!

I had a problem with the reservation and I was 4 hours waiting. The person at the counter did no try to help me and was very rude. She spent all the time talking on the phone with a friend and said she didn’t have confirmation and that I had to solve the problem.

We had no hot water during our 7 day stay. Also about of the 3 days there was no water at all. In addition, the wifi didn't work half the time.

Really poor service, definitely not coming back to this hotel.
Booked this hotel last minute due to an impromptu trip to Havana. It was one of the few properties available. Let’s just say that the location is the only thing this hotel has going for it. The check in was ok. Since I booked it an hour before arriving to the hotel they didn’t have my information but I showed them my passport and phone confirmation and they proceeded to give me the room. I was given a room on the 5th floor right next to the elevators. The rug by the room was extremely dirty (you could see the dirtiness even thought the rug is black!). When I opened the door to the room, to my surprise the room was a triple. There was no shower, only a jacuzzi bathtub. I didn’t even dare to step foot inside on it. I put the water to run and it was clogged, this no bath or shower for me that night. The mattress in the bed that we slept on was very uncomfortable and you could feel the metal springs on your skin. The following morning while waiting for breakfast I walked outside by the pool and it was another disaster. The picture on this website should be removed because that’s not the reality of this hotel. The water of the pool was green. An infection waiting to happen.
Overall a bad experience. This hotel should be shut down and completely remodeled. If you have other options do not book here. Very sad to say, but it’s awful!
After arriving and showing them the booking confirmation they would not accept. They said they have to wait till they here. We told them can we just shower in our rooms we have paid they said no they were not helpful and laughed at the situation. Worst staff I have ever came across

Nothing they don’t have minibar service in the room (the small refrigerator was empty)or jacuzzi like They put on the website.
Worst hotel ever, the bed was hard the breakfast was nasty! Flys always on the food. The hotel needs a lot improved meant. It take almost a half a hour for the water to get hot, the carpets is nasty! They have a smell in the hallway. I will never go to this hotel again. The only thing good is the view of the ocean......
