"We had a good stay, when ringing for support to find the entrance and how to enter was very supported and sent all necessary details, free parking close by and isn’t too far a drive away from everything. Very quiet no banging through the night etc. "

"Terrific place for a quiet getaway, an close to the Metro for easy transportation within the city. Property manager Andrew was very friendly and very responsive to questions, and had lots of local knowledge. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely clean and stylish apartment, it had everything we needed. Just a shame we didnt spend a lot of time there!The location is perfect, lots of great restaurants and bars in the area.Check in was nice and easy we choose to pick up keys from lock box and Darren even managed to have it ready early for us!Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"I don't think this place should be on hotels.com. It is not a hotel. It is more like a bedsit. There is no reception. It is in a very dodgy area. Rubbish on the sidewalk. A homeless man with his pants down in the alley next to it. And my room smelled like the smoking area at a retirement home. You are given a code to get into the front door and your room. I had to call to get mine and it was confusing. The cleaning lady I met was nice and the bed was reasonable. I never did find the bathroom...

"Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The manager & cleaners did offer us a different room but we were settled by the time we found the food so we just stayed in our room. My husband went to lie on the sofa bed & the arm of the chair was hanging off. I went in the shower & the shower was hanging by a nail it...

"We noticed on arrival a very bad smell in the kitchen - though the kitchen was not visibly dirty. We tried but did not manage to locate the source of the smell - but it put us off from cooking at the property. I did contact the property manager about this when we left. The rooms and accommodation were spacious and perfect for our stay visiting family. There was quite a lot of early morning foot fall noise from Above which woke everyone. And I dont think it was obvious from the booking site...

"Lovely clean and nicely laid out property, beautifully decorated, very close to the promenade and local amenities. The front was in need of a bit of love to make it in-keeping with the inside of the house, and there was some noise from upstairs neighbours but otherwise a splendid stay."

Surrounded by old historical buildings but close to bars and restaurants and a short walk across the river to the Glasshouse.Easy access to station and metro.Clean and tidy with thoughtful touches and a friendly host who was easy to communicate with.The kitchen could do with some more cooking utensils, but other than that it was a lovely place to stay. "Although basic was warm and comfy there was hairs all over the bathroom and bed from previous person sockets were in odd place and roller blind didn’t work didn’t spoil my stay though I found it pleasant enough easy check in was taken to room explained codes previous reviews said noisy doors slamming ect traffic noise I didn’t experience any of this found it easy to sleep and quiet great location and easy to find "
