"Great apartment in great house. Everything was comfortable and clean. It had a little kitchenette which we didn't use but it would have been useful for a longer stay. I have marked you down 1 star on Communications as I could find the information regarding check out time on the last day and it was hard to find it online, it said 11am in one place and 12 noon another. I had to go to the Holiday Inn checkout next door and ask them in person. "

"I don't think this place should be on hotels.com. It is not a hotel. It is more like a bedsit. There is no reception. It is in a very dodgy area. Rubbish on the sidewalk. A homeless man with his pants down in the alley next to it. And my room smelled like the smoking area at a retirement home. You are given a code to get into the front door and your room. "Everything was lovely, clean, well equiped and just as advertised. Full kitchen with all the equipment and even some supplies. Bath was clean and had all needed supplies. Beds were great, comphy. The only thing I want to draw attention to is accessibility. Not a criticism, but if one were disabled they would want to know: 2 steps down to kitchen, 3 steps more to bathroom, a full flight of steep steps outside down to the washer under the stairs"

"All in all nice little cottage for a couple and good as was pet friendly to go up Durham to visit our son up uni and take our dog to see him too.
