"Booked for one night only. Checked in quite late in the evening, which wasn't a problem. Friendly reception staff. Comfortable room and no noise issues despite being on main road opposite train station. Only issue was that after going for early morning stroll my room key wouldn't work when I returned to hotel. there was a staff member in the corridor but they said they could not open room and I'd have to go to reception. I booked a room with a balcony which the door didn’t open so couldn’t go out, the hotel maintenance staff came to repair but stood and looked and said I think it needs reporting.
