"Fyi..they’re currently doing construction at this time. I arrive to check in my room (king size bed), but was offer a double full size room instead. I disagreed with the offer, but was ultimately given a suite (Queen bed) for the inconvenience."

"Went pretty smooth I had a great time big tv room service was everyday and they cleaned extremely well staff was very nice and allows me to have my friends stay with me with no problem would definitely recommend this hotel plus a hotel giving a fridge and microwave in a room is crazy good "

"For some unknown insensible reason they initially gave me a room without heating. It was 61 degrees in the room with a small space heater. I returned to the lobby and told them about it and they said yes they acknowledged that some rooms don’t have working heat. I asked if they had rooms with working heat and they said yes. They finally switched my room to one with heat. Why would they give me a room without heating if they had rooms with working heat?"

"Everyone at the Hyatt was absolutely wonderful during my stay. The facility is beautiful as were the location and views from my room. It is in the heart of what I find the most beautiful part of Chicago architecturally, and it is an easy walk to the art institute and many other attractions. I have been to Chicago a number of times and this would be my choice of all hotels where I’ve stayed."
