The rooms are a bit dated it but worked for what we needed. Just a clean place to sleep after we went out and about in the city. Just a quick walk to the magnificent mile!

we checked in 10minutes before 3pm, as what our confirmation says, but when we reach the front desk, she says that starting Dec 1, check in time is 4pm, I showed her my Expedia confirmation but she didn’t even look at it, reiterating that check in time is 4pm. Frustrated and tired we decided to wait for 4pm at the lobby, since it’s raining outside. As we are waiting there, we saw some guests that front desks are allowing to check in, so we saw a different staff named Jessie, we tried to tell her the same thing and she helped us. We are thankful that she is so accommodating. Thanks so much to Jessie. I think management should address this issue because I haven’t received any message saying check in time is 4pm.

The hotel was great good and clean, i did not like the fact at this hotel and all alot of other ones make you pay to park was 59$ a night at this property,we stayed 3 nights and payed more to park then my bday dinner was at Mortons...I HATE PAYING TO PARK AT HOTELS THAT I PAY TO STAY IN
