"I had a really great stay at the Baseler Hof. It is in a central location, about 200 yards from the U bahn stop and a great place to base yourself while exploring Hamburg. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, my room was really clean and comfortable. The restaurant was good too, friendly staff and great food. I would definitely stay here if I come to Hamburg again."

"Business trip to Hamburg. Good location for the “hustle and bustle”. Staff on arrival were great (two guys). Staff on departure (female) sadly not so good as I tried to book a taxi to the airport and she wasn’t particularly helpful. I ended up walking down the street and ordered an Uber. "
