"James at reception was awesome! The process was quick but he took the time to give us some great recommendations for the area. The large penthouse sounds bougie, but it was comfy and spacious - which was great after staying in a few tiny rooms on our journeys. Thanks to all for a fabulous stay! The 30 SECOND walk to meeting tours, dining, drinks and that unbelievably gorgeous lakefront made for lifetime memories!!"

"Our welcome by the staff at reception was not very warm or friendly so my first impression was not very good. Our room was quite spacious and clean, but I admit that we didn’t realise that there were hotels that don’t have air conditioning, and this was one of them. Being a warm day and having a room on the second level our room was quite hot. They did provide a pedestal fan that helped. Breakfast was nice and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. "
