"Loved our stay at the Ellery in Feb 2025. Though the snow was piled high, the staff was there to make sure we had breakfast and a fire going in the lobby to beat the heat. Great location for Northampton. Could’ve walked to town if not for the snow. Will likely stay again if I ever travel through. The staff was wonderful and took excellent care of us!"

"I already booked and paid via Expedia. Upon checking in front desk could not find my reservation. After saying there were no rooms available. They then had to rebook me and told me I would not be charged. Only to find out I WAS charged and it was more than my first payment. Totally annoying experience. Expedia and it’s hotels need to do better. I’m especially pissed since I was traveling with my child and I was getting the run around. So ghetto. "
