"this was a brand new hotel just opened 2 weeks ago . staff was very nice and helpful . room was very nice and comfortable the continental breakfast was very good staff was replenishing the food all the time so that it never ran out. Would stay there again"

"I enjoyed staying at the EconoLodge. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom fan was loud, but that is minor. I was moving a freshmen into college so the hotel’s location near Bed Bath and Beyond, Target and Walmart was very convenient. I did hear while I was there that the hotel will be temporarily used as dorm rooms for UMass. The students will be getting some pretty swanky dorm rooms. This is as of August 2022. I am not sure how long UMass will be renting the hotel, or if they are...

"The breakfast had a great variety of items from waffles to oatmeal, fresh fruit and yogurt. The pool was lovely and the hot tub was roomy and clean. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillow options. The lighting was very nice, including adjustable reading lights and backlighting for the bed and television. Excellent sercice by all staff. Will definitely stay again!"

"While I knew this was a lower budget motel, my expectations were not even met. When I opened the door to the room a horrible smell came out - strong mildewy dank smell. By morning it almost had a sewage smell to it. The room was hot and stuffy, so I rutned on the AC - but in order to get AC you couldn't have the blinds closed because they closed over it. "The house was clean and well appointed, with thoughtful touches like single-use laundry soap packets. We wanted for nothing. Checkout procedures were clear and unobtrusive. The neighborhood was quiet, and located well in the heart of Pioneer Valley. Northampton, Amherst, The Notch, Deerfield and the upper valley are all just a hop and a skip away. For someone looking for a clean, well-lighted place from which to base their daily adventures, this home is everything they could want and more."
