"Front desk was rude. Making a what seemed like a personal phone call while customers lined up to check out. Shushing customer in line by dismissively raising palm of hand in face. Could use training in customer service. The hotel itself was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't use pool due to cold weather, but looked fine. Overall a good value."

"Very clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Bed was a bit hard for my taste but overall very nice."

"The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms are more than big enough it was a joy for my family and my self to stay there and the princess made our daughters day above and beyond I would highly recommend staying here I know we will again soon "

"Staff was friendly. Quiet at night but can get loud during the day with housekeeping carts rumbling down the corridors in case someone wanted to sleep in, baby napping, etc. Our unit had a exterior air conditioner unit whereas some didn't. Had a smell when ac isn't running actively. Parking spots are tight and can be tough to find a spot later at night when all the cars have returned to the property for the night. "

"This is my 4th time staying here over the last 10 years. The lobby was remodeled sometime ago and is still very nice. Love the berry theme and dining options. The staff is great - friendly and helpful. Our first room assignment was flooded due to backed up sink and they promptly moved us to a better room. "Only thing I had a problem with was we had put a do not disturb sign on our door but they still came in our room while we were gone and made one of the two beds we had. I don’t think they should have gone in the room at all. "

"Ok, so the big benefit of this hotel is being right across from the Disneyland entrance. The lobby is cute, the pizza place is good, and the pool/game area is nice enough. The rooms though! They’re so old and sad. It’s not horrible, but they don’t match the lobby or pool area vibes. This hotel feels like a motel. I loved being so close to the parks and the staff are super nice, but the rooms are old and gross. For that reason I would never stay again "
