"We had room 1602 in the middle building...it has to have the best view from a hotel suite on the planet. The hotel buildings are right on the beach and there is a nice (easy) walk around the cliffs to the town. The waterfront area of the town is currently (2025) a huge land reclaiming building site. "New hotel, well kept and smells delightful everywhere! Rooms big and comfy beds. Great shower. Breakfast was extensive and lots on offer. Easy location to be picked up for HALONG bay activities. Only Downside was the gym, poor air con and no water or spray to clean equipment, needs improvement. However overall I’d recommend staying here "

"Bugalows are in a lovely area close to bars and resturants and tours. Rooms are very dated, the tv did not work, power outages, ants in room and sewage smell around the pool. Pool was lovely, clean and refreshing. Breakfast is very basic, but having said all this, it was cheap. Don't think we would choose this property again"
