"After several days in rural Vietnam in wonderful home stays this was a great change. A fabulous location in a well maintained resort with stunning views from our 14th floor balcony of two private beaches. Buffet breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful. Cat Ba city beach front was completely under construction with the Party engaging in a massive building project filling land for a new project right in front of the present beach. It's really a mess there now and I wonder how property...
