We were very pleased with the clean kitchen, bedding, and bathroom. While the kitchen chairs showed some wear, they were still functional, and the futon/couch has a well-loved feel. There was a slight smell of marijuana when we arrived, which could have been from a nearby unit. Overall, we had a great stay!"

Enough room for the four of us to hang out plus had all of the accommodations needed to cook a pre-race meal. Proximity is prime as it's walking distance to everything downtown. "This place was amazing with the water on both sides. It offered something for everyone in our group kyaking, fishing, bonfires. Parking was a bit tight as we had four trucks and trailers with side by sides but we were able to make it work. We had a wonderful time riding the trails during the day and hanging out playing cards and sitting around the campfire at night. Would love to come back during the summer and again next fall. a great hangout spot "
