"In a nicely secluded neighborhood on the Lake. Very Clean, big deck on the house, updated interior. The lake view is the best. Right on the lake with big windows to see everything. Wonderful to wake up to. Heat was perfect for our stay in November. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Gwinn. "

"I'd contacted the owner a few days before my trip, and he sent me a picture of the address signs to help me find the property. When i was heading to the cabin, the address took me to a mine. I looked at the address signs again, and changed it to look for the township listed on the sign, it took me directly there (keep that in mind if you book, it helps the trip start out much easier) When I arrived, the generator wouldn't run on propane, just gas, so I sent a text to Scott who's number is...

"We got away for a long weekend. It was so peaceful! The sauna was so very relaxing! Sat on the bench and watched the snow fall to cool down. Couldn't have asked for more. Thoughtful host had all the "little" things on hand that made things so much easier. Would love to return someday. "

"We had a great time staying at this location. It is very peaceful and there are not many other houses on the lake. Great fishing as well! The only recommendation I would have is to place a humidifier in the basement as it is a little sticky down there. Otherwise great place to stay "

"The cabin was well maintained and well stocked throughout. The owner was up front, accessible, and responsive; and left us an unexpected and thoughtful gift. During our stay we spent virtually all of our time In The cabin due to -20 to -40 degree windchills. We did not feel cooped up. We may come back when the weather is warmer. "

"This is a Hunter's cabin. Nothing real fancy. Bathroom is not in the same cottage, it's in another cottage across the driveway. The host is very nice. This cottage is in a very peaceful location. "

"Dont be afraid of the name of this place! It is absolutely adorable and very comfortable. Stayed with my 2 sisters while visiting my daughter at NMU. Fall colors were at peak and absolutely AMAZING! House was very clean and comfortable. Lots of games and kids toyd. Highly recommended it and will be happy to go again!"
