"North Coast Place was the perfect spot for my brief Marquette trip. Located just a few minutes outside of town, this renovated roadside motel did the trick with its ease of access and simplicity. The rooms are small, but just enough. I had two queen beds in my room, which were comfortable and clean. I wasn’t excepting turndown service after night 1, but I got it. "We were up for the Ore to Shore mountain bike race and this was the perfect spot for two couples. Enough room for the four of us to hang out plus had all of the accommodations needed to cook a pre-race meal. Proximity is prime as it's walking distance to everything downtown. If we do the race again (or are ever just in the area...), we'll be back!"

"Owners are good people and live at this home full time. The upstairs apartment is cozy. Their 2 pitbulls will sound the alarm whether at the door to the apartment from inside while you shower, use the back bedroom, or as you pull in the driveway, or when you go downstairs to get something from your vehicle..... Pen was built, but used once in awhile. Had to stop and wait in the driveway for owner to casually corral the corral the dogs before getting out of my vehicle my vehicle. "
