"We had such a brilliant time in Phu Quoc and loved this hotel so much. Staff were so kind and attentive. The pool and beach were lovely. Everything is easily walkable to from the hotel. Highly recommend."

"The rooms were nice and clean as was the hotel in general. I think overall the hotel itself too many rooms for the facilities provided, you have to queue for breakfast and wait for available tables, there are not enough sun beds etc. Everything in the hotel was quite expensive comparable to outside the hotel would recommend eating elsewhere. Good location for covering all the different things to see in phu quoc. Hotel is nice and grounds beautiful just not sure it’s good value compared to other...

"The buildings are quite dispersed and the walkways are uneven making it difficult to walk around the property. Also, the interior of the room also has uneven little steps in and out of the bathroom, a big tripped hazard. Breakfast selections were ok. The hot foods never seems to be served hot, Luke warm at best. The staff was definitely kind, cheerful and helpful. "

"Our stay was amazing. The Beluga team make your stay special, nothing is too much trouble and everything is delivered with a smile. At the end of our stay we felt like friends and not guests. "I live the area it’s close to the airport and all the other attractions on the island are a motor scooter away . The each here is very nice with plenty to do at night all in waking distance. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again ."
