The kitchen drawers and cabinets need to be thoroughly scrubbed and organized. Allot of the things in the drawers needs to be discarded. The Master bed is ok. "House is located in a great area with water views and access to a dock that is excellent for crabbing. Bedrooms are spacious and each with its own bathroom which is very convenient. Even the dogs had their own welcome treat bag for which they were grateful! Easy to communicate with the owners. Will be sure to keep this house on my list for future visits to Chincoteague!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Purple Door. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the deck. My husband taught my daughter to fish and she loved the dock area. We did use the amenities at Captain’s Cove and drove out to Assateague Island to see the horses. The location is tucked away from major attractions but we got used to the drive after the first day. The neighbors were friendly. Enjoyed our stay !"
