"Very cute old house right on the beach but it needs some serious work.. if you open certain cabinet doors in the kitchen it hits the ceiling fan, they had the dryer door taped shut but of course it kept popping open so the dryer is unusable, stains on the carpets and wood floors, missing outlet covers, the back deck is seriously unsafe you feel it sway with any small movement and it needs a good deep clean the ac filter covers are caked in dust and they’re Cobb webs in a lot of the corners....

"Enjoyed our stay! Close to the beach for our dogs to enjoy with us! Stayed cool with the a/c units to our surprise. Unfortunately the a/c unit slides were not secure which allowed flies entry. Wooden blinds would be a better option with a/c units instead of curtains for privacy at night but daylight during the day. Overall expectations were met. Video game was enjoyed by all. Would definitely recommend for a quick getaway!"

"It was a surprise for my husband's birthday that I rented this house in the area where he grew up in the 60's. Though his old house is long gone - this took him back to his childhood days and as it turns out - he once knew the people who lived in the cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and just what I was expecting. Communication and check-in/access was easy. Will definetly consider it for a visit in the fall."

"The place was in a great location and having everything on one floor was a huge benefit as one of the guests is disabled. The place could use some updates but other than that it was nice! "This is a very spacious house for four and possibly for more a short walk from the beach, through some trees and directly to the water. Despite the highway in view, it was very quiet and was comfortable for our weekend stay. Despite the somewhat spare decor and slightly random kitchen, we had everything we needed. While it is an older house, there were minimal quirks and the location is excellent."

"The kitchen was ok…when we walked in the living room the outlet was pushed into the wall…the walls seems liked they were patched up but never painted…the floors have soft spots and uneven in almost every room…garbage behind the radiators that has been there for years….the master bed was shimmed with cut pieces of 2x4’s…huge crack in the corner wall leading to the bathroom…the bathroom sink is just above knee high. The shower …if you’re over 5’2” you will be crouching or squatting if you’re 6’2”...

"This is a great property. The rooms were clean, had lots of amenities, and is in a great location with good parking. The room was also a good size with enough space for me and my daughter. It would be a good thing for them to have an absorbent mat right at the room entrance; I felt a little bad having to walk in and track water across the floor (it rained the day I was there). "
