My first room had a dirty floor and a lot of long hair in the bathroom. I called the front desk and was quickly assigned a new room. The staff was apologetic and said she added points to my Honors card for the inconvenience. The new room no was great. Breakfast was awesome and servers were ready to help. Great and restful stay.

This is a very nice place to stay. The staff is excellent, very friendly & helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the best! The restaurant inside this hotel was convenient for dinner & very tasty.

Nice hotel. Hotel was very responsive to messages sent in the app. Great sound-proofing; we didn't hear people on either side of us nor the floor above us, although the hotel was full. Comfortable beds, loved the amenities. Very good breakfast options. The pullout couch bed was pretty gross, but other than that, no complaints!
