"Basement apt was clean and well equipped. Needed to use staircase to access unit. Check in and out went smoothly. Host communicated back to me code to access unit. Bed in one bedroom not real comfortable but other bed was fine. Heard noises from upstairs in evening and again around 6am. Good stay."

"Great place to stay. Location was terrific. Short walk to the lifts. 1/2 mile to downtown which is an easy walk. If you don’t want to walk the shuttle stop is right at the street. It is a clean newly remodeled 2 bedroom and a loft condo. The loft has a full size couch pull out so a little tight unless for smaller kids. Walk to coffee or even grocery store. Stayed with wife and our 4 kids who are all in high school. We all loved it. Communication with owner was great. "

"We enjoyed our 11 nights at this home. Fit our needs for Christmas and had a second bedroom so the granddaughters could spend the night before Christmas. Well stocked and clean. Had a two car garage which is nice , especially in the winter! No live TV but lots of streaming options. House is nice but in a bit of a rundown area. We felt completely safe. Landlord responded to our questions and even checked in on us during the stay. Would highly recommend this home which is centrally located...

"The listing is just as described. It was clean and perfect for our short stay. It pretty close to whole food and some shopping if you wanted to walk it. Otherwise, the location is pretty convenient to popular areas in SLC. Communication was excellent and check-in was super easy."

"This was a ski trip to Park City and this place was nicely situated and more affordable than staying next to the resort. It is close to shopping and eateries. One nice surprise, which we don’t find in the majority of rentals is it had a crockpot. Why did this excite us? Well after a whole day on the slopes, the last thing you feel like doing is to cook so it is nice to come home to find a hot meal and the smells of chili, pot roast or stew. That was a nice touch."

The property is older so it has its quirks, like creaking floors, but nothing took away from stay. We had lots of family in town for an event and ours was by far the best. "Clean everything, has all that we needed (kitchen, shower, comfortable bed) and short drive to Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton. Owner was very responsive and let us park in driveway due to winter storm instead of street. I was concerned that snow plow would hit my rental car. Very accommodating! Would stay here again."
