"The location is ideal for using town amenities, very peaceful. Easy access to unit with back stairs and conveniently near to garage. Happy the owners provided fans to cool the unit during the heat wave, made the experience comfortable. Would be nice if the carpet was removed from the unit. Showing age and not best choice for a rental. Windows also need some maintenance, hard to operate for ventilation. Over all a nice experience and would stay again."

"First off the listing said pool access and that’s main reason we chose this location. Arrived late in the evening. Next day checked the pools. Both we closed due to renovation. Spoke to Vacasa management and they said too bad. The local on site manager said that your reservation company should know the amenities. Tried for four days to get a resolution and still none. I’ve spent more time on the phone than enjoying my vacation. Also bugs and pet urine smell on rugs. Kitchen cabinet falling off...

"Beautiful winter retreat, very near skiing options and very short drive to other areas like South Lake. The interiors are well thought out, and the kitchen is the best equipped I've ever encountered. Word of advise, although very clearly stated and not an issue in our stay i would certainly agree this is not the place for anyone with mobility challenges or unable to climb about 75 steps."

"McCloud is a nice complex of apartments. We have stayed in the complex a couple of times. It is very convenient and within walking distance to most any location in Incline Village. We had a ground floor unit with two bedrooms and two baths. The unit was adequately furnished and had all the needed appliances. Parking in the garage space provided is really tight.
