"The Lake House was the perfect place to welcome the year’s first snowfall. The property is well maintained and the house was lovely. Wally welcomed us on our first day and we immediately felt comfortable as he gave us some great pointers and recommendations. The kitchen came well equipped, we had plenty of towels and the beds were all clean and comfy. "

"This was the perfect place to catch up and spend time with friends. Plenty of living space and good sleeping arrangements. Very clean, easy check in/out, and good proximity to the beach and Holland. Nice deck with a grill too if you’re there during the warmer months."

"This was a great place to stay. I can imagine that in the summer, folks who want to get on the river or sit around the fire pit would be so happy. We stayed when it snowed hard so we didn't do any outdoor activities. The owner was amazing. She attentive and responsive. The only issue we had was with the dogs in the neighborhood. There is a sign when one pulls onto the road that there are a bunch of dogs who live there, which isn't a problem if one isn't allergic to dogs. What we didn't expect...

"Great location for the event we came for in Grand Rapids! Although it wasn’t an issue for us, the twin beds listed were air mattresses that you have to blow up with a supplied pump. There were 3 twin-size air mattresses. We had a great stay!"

"Great weekend for the family and our little dog. It was fun ti walk out in the frozen lake and very pretty to look at. House was well equipped, but bring your own deck of cards or adult board games. We had a problem with the heat, but the host was quick to respond and it was taken care of promptly. Very comfortable and I would love to stay again. "
