"Convenient location for my business visits. This hotel seems brand new. Neat view of the local high school football field too. I could clearly hear the ongoing games the night I stayed but I didn’t mind. I didn’t utilize breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable "

"The room was very clean and very quiet....even though I was near the pool and an exterior door. The bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of parking, free wi-fi, and a very large breakfast available including fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, eggs, biscuits and gravy..... It was hard to leave. The staff was also extremely friendly."

"Best time I had with a friend even though we kept getting lost in hotel lol. Room service was wonderful for myself but not so much for my friend. The middle of her pizza was soggy and all she really ate was the crust. Everything was very tidy and employees friendly"

"The rooms were huge, everything you could need in the kitchen. Breakfast had many options and choices, some of which I’ve never seen offered as a free breakfast before. (Overnight oats and chia) The staff was all wonderful and kind. Only things were the floors were so creaky in the hallways and the lobby. But it is original hardwood flooring and is absolutely beautiful. So well worth the squeaks. Parking is 35 dollars a day, but honestly the convenience of the parking garage and location make up for it. We stayed here for a show at Van Andel and the walk was quick and easy. Recommend and will be staying again. "

"We reserved a single room for one night. Upon arrival, the hotel looked inviting from the outside. As we entered, we were welcomed by a clean, bright atmosphere and a friendly woman at the front desk. The check-in process was straightforward, and we faced no issues accessing our room. After inspecting the room, we found it to be clean, well-maintained, and free of unpleasant odors. The beds were neatly made and bug-free. Every area, including the bathroom, was thoroughly cleaned. They provided plenty of towels and didn’t skimp on the pillows. Our stay was peaceful; we hardly heard any other guests. The ice machine, vending area, and laundry facilities were all functional, and the pool was pleasant and well-kept. While the breakfast was somewhat unimpressive, it didn’t detract from our overall satisfaction with the stay. We will definitely return!"
