"This is a great property ! Awesome on the lake lounging ….But we had 12 teenagers and 8 of those 6’ boys..so we were a bit crammed… made the best of it still had a blast…I’m sure the roof has been raised a few inches 😉 Kitchen and bathroom great ,well stocked👍 I’ve got no issues with this being a 5…"

"The Beach Hutch is an awesome property. The house was lovely. It’s quite well suited to two families sharing it with the effectively divided living spaces. The proximity of the park and the beach was fantastic for our kindergarten age children and our dog. One parent could slip over to the park as though it was the front yard of the house and play with the kids at any time to keep them occupied when they were becoming restless. "Lovely little house that held our family of tweens, kids, and adults. Clean little kitchen, nice bathroom, exceptional lanai/screened porch for bug free breeze! House is part of a series of hones owned by a single owner who is very responsive. Private street is quiet and safe for kids. Coffeeshops, restaurants, and tourist entertainment was farther than expected (20+ minutes) but Magee Marsh park had excellent beaches (5 min drive). "Hubby & I visited were in Toledo Ohio for a couple days to visit my kinfolk. We were able to relax in the comfort of this charming 2 bedroom home - having it all to ourselves. It is very clean, orderly & our hostess provided all that we needed. We look forward to our next visit."
