"Check-in was a good experience with Neil, greeted me with a smile and welcomed me in. Finding out if it was my first stay, etc was very personable. Stay while short was nice, room was clean, only issue we had was the heating system. While heat was on system would switch to air condition because as explained was triggered by sensors. That part didn’t make sense but other than that the stay was good and pricing was reasonable for a weekend stay. "

"I have been at this location much longer than I thought I would be and I must say all the employees at on the top of their game they are professional and helpful on many occasions I have witnessed them go over and above their job to be helpful to guests weather it be with travel speaking the language of a guess that might not speak English, guests have many requests some are out of the realm of a extended stay but they always try to accommodate each request this is a extended stay,it may be a little different. But always clean , safe , if your looking for a room service, , resort type of things this is not that but the service is as good or better. People tend to write reviews based on what they might have thought or thinking this is a resort , let's remember it's in the richmond ciry. I challenge anyone to find a hotel nearby better then extended stay with a more helpful staff & manger & as safe and clean."
