This is my third time staying at this location and it’s truly been a great experience, I came from NY to met my close friend and when i got to the hotel i had the best service from sayed , he helped me settle in and feel welcomed. Will definitely be staying again!

Always my first choice because the service is amazing, the room are clean good, near by activities and restaurants. Fast and free WiFi… I love everything about this hotel. The hotel comes with a kitchen so you can cook homemade meals and feel right at homeon point for the area. I loved it!

I was pleasantly impressed at how clean this hotel was. We came in a little late, around 7:30, Greg (I think) was very nice and took care of us. Our rooms were a really good size, very spacious for 2 people, an infant, and a small dog. Yes, it was very pet friendly. Everything was super clean, I was impressed! The location was close to all of the restaurants. Not right in the mix, but close enough so you're not close to the highway or traffic. Overall, we had a great stay!

I have to say that I have stayed in many hotels, but my experience at Extended Stay America has been amazing. The staff and property manager are by far the best I have ever encountered. In many other hotels, managers tend to micromanage their properties, but here, the managers not only take care of the customers but are also actively involved in cleaning and handling various tasks that you don’t typically see from other managers. Additionally, the housekeepers are very professional and go above and beyond to ensure your room is clean. They are extremely friendly, greet you with a smile, and always ask if your room is in good condition. You won’t find a better staff anywhere else. I highly recommend Extended Stay America to anyone looking for cleanliness, courtesy, and a staff that genuinely cares for its customers. I am so happy I decided to stay here. Thank you all for the hard work you do!

Even though my reservations got canceled front desk clerk accommodated for my check in . They are always helpful. I’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s a good hotel for a quick trip in the city! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The hotel is walking distance or a quick uber ride from pretty much everything you could need.

I have been at this location much longer than I thought I would be and I must say all the employees at on the top of their game they are professional and helpful on many occasions I have witnessed them go over and above their job to be helpful to guests weather it be with travel speaking the language of a guess that might not speak English, guests have many requests some are out of the realm of a extended stay but they always try to accommodate each request this is a extended stay,it may be a little different. But always clean , safe , if your looking for a room service, , resort type of things this is not that but the service is as good or better. People tend to write reviews based on what they might have thought or thinking this is a resort , let's remember it's in the richmond ciry. I challenge anyone to find a hotel nearby better then extended stay with a more helpful staff & manger & as safe and clean.

Forth time staying here and I will stay again. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and nice for Me the bed was a little soft but not bad. Conclusion…. I would recommend and will stay again.

I booked a room at 1 AM. I had to wait until someone got there at 9 AM. Room was completely filled with roaches. If I didn’t have anywhere to stay during the snowstorm, I would’ve requested a refund and made it a big deal. I left all my clothes and items in the car. The roaches were so bad they were infested in the bathroom and crawling on the wall during the daytime.

If you're looking for a quality place for this price, this is not it. All of the appliances and bathroom things were dirty and had stains ALL over them. There were at least 5 shady people standing around the parking lot and several sitting in their cars smoking weed. The door to the outside had a massive inch or 2 gap on the bottom that let a gust of air in all night. But, no bugs anywhere, including the bed, and the shower was fine to use. It's location was great, but I really do not think the price matched this location - this felt like maybe a $50 room in the middle of a ton of shopping malls. The pictures on Expedia are clearly photoshopped to make it look better than it actually is. But if you need a bed and shower, it filled it's use.
