"The place is in a perfect location to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was great but this hotel needs a serious remodel. For the kind of money you are playing this place should be in better condition. The carpets are extremely dirty and the bathroom is extremely outdated. Being that this hotel is apart of the Hilton brand I would expect better conditions. Sadly, the rooms are old and outdated. Breakfast was good but needs a little more options. "

"Loved the layout and the decor of the house. We took a mini vacay to go a see a concert at Veteran’s arena on Friday and then enjoyed Jax Beach Saturday-Sunday. The house offered great amenities (pool, full laundry room, grill, and parking) and helpful resources (wagon for beach, cruisers, beach chairs, and towels). Would happily re-book this beautiful home."

"I absolutely loved the property! Being right on the beach was amazing. The hotel itself has a beautiful vintage charm, with rooms and the entire property decorated in lovely antiques. When we arrived, we were informed about a wedding taking place and were kindly directed to areas we could and couldn't access during the event. Our room was oceanfront and included a sofa bed; however, it turned out to be a regular sofa. The staff was very quick to bring us a cot, which ended up being very comfortable for my son. The only downside was that, because the hotel is older, the floors creak and the walls are thin. Since our room was located right above the dance floor, we could feel the bass and hear the music from the wedding well into the night. Thankfully, the music did stop after midnight, allowing us to finally get some rest. In the morning, we could hear guests in the courtyard during breakfast, as well as music from the restaurant below. Parking was also a bit of a challenge, as it was located across the street and sometimes hard to find a spot. Overall, despite the noise and parking inconvenience, I would definitely return — it’s a beautiful and charming place to stay!"

"Noticed in reviews complaints regarding hidden fees and noice. Well it’s JAX Beach not Sandals couples only resort and no hidden fees exist (research before you book please). If you refuse paying valet fee there’s large parking lot free of charge m-f and $12 on weekends. As a family of 5 we really enjoyed our stay. Girls had tanning fun at the beach and boys went fishing off beautiful Pier located right in rear of hotel. Walking distance to variety of restaurants. Rooms were clean and renovated recently in modern style. Included with stay breakfast was amazing, well organized with different options daily. Staff super friendly. Thank you so much SpringHill of JAX for letting us enjoy our family spring break vacation! "

"The location is perfect. You are guaranteed to have an ocean view regardless of which room you receive. It’s always clean and smells good. My only complaint is that the jets in the hot are Never turned on. "
