"This hotel offer free parking!!! Breakfast was Ok. Hotel is clean and room is updated, there is nice swimming pool as well. There are shopping Mall close to the Hotel as well as restaurants. Excellent price as well as service. I would recommened it and use it again in the future. "

"Beds were a bit firm. Front desk and service staff were amazing. Able to accommodate an early check in and incredibly personable (Charles-you're in the right industry!), responded quickly to a concern over patio door functionality which was promptly repaired. Fantastic room for multiple adults, though just a touch narrow and spotless without that musty smell beach rooms can have. "I love our stay in this Hotel. Clean, updated room with nice swimming pool, there is nice dinning options in the hotel, like in all Courtyard Hotels, but you need to pay for it. Our room was with balcony and ocean view (recommended). Location is just a few steps from ocean. "

"Was a nice location for walking around to places and seeing the beach. What we didnt like is we were there for 3 nights and they didnt take our trash or refill toilet paper or anything even though we put the request for service sjgn on the door. We had to get toilet paper from the front desk and we had a reservation for 3 people and only had towels for 2 people. Breakfast was easy and decent. "

"Great location with everything in a short walking distance bars, restaurants, groceries and coffee shops. Located with a private entrance to beach. The only problem I had was that the private gate entrance is open for anyone from the beach to enter into the hotel courtyard. I noticed some people sleeping w their sliding doors open on the ground floor maybe not realizing that there were some Strange characters creeping around after hours. "We chose this property because of its proximity to Mayo Clinic. I am sure they have a ‘captive’ audience, but the lobby, room, and restaurant are well kept. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Rooms are spacious and beds are acceptable. We would stay again if needed. "
