"This place is a gem. The location was wonderful. There was plenty of space for our family to enjoy our stay. The futons and air mattress in the living room made it so fun for our girls to have a slumber party. The lower deck was so fun with the propane fire table. Plenty of bath towels and toilet paper. If you plan on cooking meals, I would bring paper towels, dish towels and your own spices/condiments. There was less than 1/2 a roll of paper towels for us to use. Also if planning on utilizing...

"Overall, we had a great time staying at this beautiful property. The river was wonderful and the swimming pool was perfection on the 107 degree days. The only thing that caught us a bit off guard was the resident on property had a dog. It would have been great to know there would/could be a dog roaming the yard before booking. We didn’t know this information until right before our trip, so we wouldn’t have been able to cancel without losing money. We hardly saw the friendly pup, but as a dog...

"We had a great stay while visiting family in Medford. We wanted a place on the river. This was perfect. Plenty of kitchen space to cook, it was very clean, easy to find and was very comfortable. Smart TV a plus, good wifi. Overall we enjoyed out stay and will book again!"

"This was the perfect little place for me and my boys for a little weekend get away. We traveled down from Alaska to see the rodeo but my boys had more fun playing ping pong and exploring the river. The hosts were great. Communication was quick and easy. Although we didn’t use it, there is an adorable kitchen area that can accommodate your cooking needs. The setting was comforting and quiet. Shopping is only a short drive away."

"The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely."

The King bed was very comfortable, and the window seat overlooking the river was our favorite place to read and watch the wildlife along the river. The kitchen served our needs well. Appreciated prompt response to our communications. Would stay here again."
