"Decades ago I was not impressed with my one stay here. This time, from Reception service onward, we had a wonderful stay. Our rm. 366 (good elevator and stairs) was a lovely, quiet room, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Appreciated that the bathroom is separate from the sink area. The fridge was larger than a mini-fridge, and worked well. Balcony view looks through the treetops and out over the river, and has a small table and 2 chairs, where we enjoyed our morning coffee. "This little hotel is pretty nice for the most part. There’s a guy at the front desk with piercings and tattoos that’s really nice and has great customer service. The hotel is located in a good spot that’s close to a lot of eateries and shops, however there are a few sketchy figures that pass through as it’s not the best area in Medford.
