"We absolutely loved the stay at this traditional property. We rented the whole house which came with three rooms plus a kitchen and central courtyard. Mr. Steve was very helpful throughout. His wife cleaned the apartment everyday and stocked the kitchen with breakfast items - bread, eggs, milk, bananas, apples, noodles, and yogurt. The house is close to many good eating places too. Even though we visited during the winter, the house was warm. Highly recommend!"

"Es una buena opción ya que está cerca de algunos atractivos turísticos, paradas de autobuses y una estación de metro. El staff es amable. "The hotel is located in a cool area with a vibrant night area and lots of restaurants. It's next to a metro and just a 10-15 minute walk from some attractions. The hotel is comfy and has great, staff that are fluent in many languages. The bed was super comfy and my room even had a small kitchenette. "I had a wonderful stay here for the few nights I stayed in Seoul. The hotel was easy to find for me. Location is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful (I landed early and they let me check my luggage. They even offered early check in but I was okay with waiting). Rooms were very clean and up to date. Next time I’m in Seoul, I’ll stay here again. "

"Overall, 4 it of 5 stars. Clean, in a safe area, and convenient with the train entrance nearby. The elevators sometimes took a while and we could hear the person next to us, especially in the morning. I would stay again becuase of the vibe and the spacious room. "

Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir Seoul Myeongdong

"Location was pretty good. Public transportation option is great, the bus stop is very close including the airport bus. Subway a 10-15 minute slow stroll away. Lots of places to eat nearby. Convenience store very close as well. There were a lot of guests so the lobby got crowded at times. Money exchange machine in the lobby. The staff can call you taxi at the front desk. Staff was accommodating to my requests and needs. The ONLY downside (or upside depending on what you like) is the bathroom. Frosted glass door and walls. You can see pretty much everything through it, not clearly, but you get a good idea. They were currently changing out the hinoki baths throughout the hotel, my room hadn't been changed out so it was old and felt unusable. I think once the baths have been replaced throughout the hotel, it would be a better stay. Not saying the stay was bad to begin with, it was nice. "

"I really like the location of this property which is closed to all the attraction places. The Sub-way is just around the corner and heaps of dinning and shopping area right in the foot step of this property. A super & eye opening convenient store just located in the same building of this property. Worth a visit of all robotic control convenient store in South Korea. Friendly and english language speaking staffs are super too. Property itself have a self checked in & out luggage storage which is very convenient and useful for hotel guests. "

"I like this hotel a lot. I have stayed a number of times The service is excellent, as is the location. I was given an upgrade, which was nice. However, the bathroom had mold in places. The bathtub in the bathroom was also very shallow (some rooms appear to have newer, deeper bathtubs). It was hard to get a decent amount of water in the bath this time. The gym is also closed on Sundays on odd weeks. That was a bit annoying as the gym is very good. I would stay here again though."
