"The hotel is situated out of Rome, so you have to take taxis or the tram to get into the centre. Also, there are very limited places to eat in and around the hotel. The hotel bar doesn't open until 5.30 pm, so you are unable to get a drink to sit and relax at the hotel. It would have been nice if the spa was included in the stay and not an additional cost."

"The room is small and the shower is not private. Did not get breakfast as available too late and was minimal -banana and croissant only, no coffee, no juice, had to pay for water, no glasses in room to drink from. "

"This location was much further than it advertised from location I had Google mapped, however, close to public transportation. I found the electric outletsrequired 3 prong transformer. But, another kind traveler said to plug into refrig outlet. That worked. Breakfast was prepackaged sweets or homemade torte and a coffee maker in a shared kitchen. Bed was uncomfortable."

"Great hotel! Small place, just about 6-10 rooms, but the owner is a greeaattt host!! He is always available at the front desk to answer questions and make great conversation! Breakfast was included and adequate. Rooms are larger than most I have been in in Italy. Room had a large bathroom, comfortable large bed, adequate shower with great water pressure as well as a balcony where you can smoke. Hotel is in a residential area, about 5 blocks from area where the nightlife and shopping...

"44 bus into Marcello Theatre and historic centre stopped virtually outside. Late night flights may mean a 40 euro taxi journey from Fiumicino airport. 5 min walk to tram stop and other bus routes and about 40 mins on bus to Vatican or Marcello Theatre. Hotel is a converted school and in a mainly residential area so quiet at night. Would say 3 star rather than 4 stars but was good value and staff were polite."
