"I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel a week ago with my 2 children (18 & 23). Our contact person was Gisselle and she went above and beyond to not only make us feel safe and comfortable but she made herself available to us around the clock to assist with transportation, directions and recommendations. The hotel was very clean and quiet. My daughter had a medical emergency and had to be taken to the hospital and Giselle assisted with that as well. Everything was very convenient with just a short tram ride to all the major attractions. We were confident getting around with public transportation (aside from never having done so in a foreign country) because we knew we had the right people to help us out. I would definitely recommend staying here and I can’t wait to go back again "

"Lovely hotel and great staff. Excellent breakfast. We had dinner for €35 per head and it was well worth it and delicious. It is situated on a hill which itakes15 minutes downhill to get to the hub of Trastevere. We are all over 50 years old so needed a taxi back to hotel which was only €9. We had a great time."

"I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Lorenzo and staff were welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the area and how to get around. The B&B has great location to the bus and train station that take you to Saint Peter’s, Piazza Venetia where you can walk to the Colusseum, Trevi Fountain, etc. Two doors down from the hotel there is a laundromat!which we were so excited to have found- we returned to the USA with no dirty laundry. I would recommend B&B Tratesvere; clean, modern, accessible, staff friendly and helpful! "

"I made a reservation on expedia on the day of check in. The reservation was accepted and I traveled 30 minutes to get to the hotel. When I arrived, a taxi dropped me off and I then got a phone call from a man at the hotel. He said they did not have a room for me but had a room 30 minutes in the opposite direction - with excitement, he offered me a larger room at another hotel with a balcony. I explained I could not stay in the alternative hotel because I could not get another taxi to travel another 30 minutes in the opposite direction, I had a class to go the next day in the area, it was closer to the airport as well than the suggested new location. All details aside - I did not want to relocate. That’s my choice. I let him know I would find another hotel in the area and to refund me / cancel the res. I was left out in the rain, without the ability to get a taxi , and with all of my bags, alone. Unfortunately this was my last night in Italy and it was beginning like this….fortunately something a Roman pizza could fix. Either way, I found another hotel an hour or so later through Bonvoy (thank you) and discovered that I was still charged for the room. I called Expedia and they said the hotel employee had a completely different story. That he had a room and I didn’t complete his checking prompts or respond to his email? What? I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card and the universe will deal with this hotel employee. "
