"We enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely even though I only got to dive in and get out immediately. The pool closes at 19:00, and I had arrived after a very hot day touring Rome at 5 till. "This was my first time staying in a hostel. Overall I give it 4 stars because it was generally clean and there was AC (I came in August and it’s the hottest month in Italy). I stayed in the 8 person room with boys and girls. Listening to some of my other friends who’ve stayed in many hostel, they pointed out that this hostel wasn’t very sociable. There are common areas for people to mingle, but there are no events or specific meet up times, so it can be clicky. But once the weekend came there...

"44 bus into Marcello Theatre and historic centre stopped virtually outside. Late night flights may mean a 40 euro taxi journey from Fiumicino airport. 5 min walk to tram stop and other bus routes and about 40 mins on bus to Vatican or Marcello Theatre. Hotel is a converted school and in a mainly residential area so quiet at night. Would say 3 star rather than 4 stars but was good value and staff were polite."
