"Loved that this isn’t a cookie cutter hotel. It’s a great blend of preserving the past and offering modern design/conveniences. The staff are very accommodating and went out of their way to resolve a mistake I made with my booking when I needed to extend by a day. Absolutely would stay again. When I visited, the Makeready restaurant and its Hidden Bar were closed for renovations. I deducted a star for amenities in my feedback form accordingly. "I was super happy with the shuttle service, it was seamless getting to the concert downtown! The hot tub was great! The bartender couldn't make it for the complimentary drinks bc of the snow, but despite that I'll return in the future. Great all in all and so affordable!"
