"The front desk staff were very friendly Ana helpful. The cleaning staff didn’t seem very interested in cleaning the room after my wife got up around noon. They would give us coffee but had to rest them to vacuum the room and never did replace towels. Not sure why this was an issue as everything was much better the previous week."

"It was clean and comfortable. The Bistro dinner was awful and service was poor, however the breakfast was delicious and the service great. We would stay again. Close to casino, Nordic Spa and shopping."

"I asked for a room upgrade based on VIP status and was denied. The TV in the room did not work well and had issues connecting to my services. I had order food twice in the lounge that did not come. Overall place was nice and staff was friendly, but the issues listed above prevents this from being rated 5 stars. "

Magical spa visit with my besties

And not good ass. - there is a gorgeous little fridge. 5km past Koena is a magical supermarket with a brilliant charcuterie section. Do yourself a favour, load up with snacks and a 24 of White claws. Also, buy cream and milk for your coffee machine (they only have whitener) - Bring a yeti or Stanley so you can take your white claws into the spa. - Bring two toques for the spa (one gets wet) Enjoy!!"
