"I’ve travelled here 5 or 6 times and will keep coming back. The convenience of having the hotel, two restaurants above Koena Spa is priceless. Price is reasonable, service is great and love the rooms. Also, love the EV charger at the side.Hot tips for spa travellers in winter. - bring your own Nespresso or portable coffee machine. I LOVE coffee. Though it’s a cute gesture. Their coffee tastes like ass. And not good ass. - there is a gorgeous little fridge. 5km past Koena is a magical supermarket...

"The front desk staff were very friendly Ana helpful. The cleaning staff didn’t seem very interested in cleaning the room after my wife got up around noon. They would give us coffee but had to rest them to vacuum the room and never did replace towels. Not sure why this was an issue as everything was much better the previous week."
